Diane was born in raised in Windsor, Ontario where she completed her degree at the University of Windsor with a major in Economics. She then worked for the government in a regulatory capacity for 20 years before becoming an entrepreneur. Diane first opened a digital marketing company which she successfully merged with Web Geeks in Windsor, Ontario. However, Diane’s love of real estate and finance took over after she started to market for some of the biggest land developers, real estate brokers and agents in Ontario. She wanted in and became a licensed mortgage agent in 2016. Diane’s knowledge of economics, her fervent enthusiasm to read everything and her overall desire to help people to become financially independent led her to this point of building her business in collaboration with GEMREAL Capital Corporation. She has built a team of real estate experts to ensure that all deals are thoroughly vetted to mitigate risk and ensure profitability.   Diane takes pleasure in helping people get the funds they need to get their dream property.
