Introduction:

Shai is a nine-year-old boy. He lives in Israel.

His dad is going to work in Mexico for two years.

Shai’s family is moving to Mexico.

He has to leave his school and move to a different country.

He is leaving his best friends and his lovely teacher.

How do you think he feels?

The end of the year is very close.Soon we will move to Mexico. My dad will work there.My mother says, “Shai, we have to go  and you will like it there. Mexico is amazing”.

I don’t want to go. I am nervous. I want to stay in Israel with friends and my teacher.  Israel is my home.

This year I had the best teacher in the world. I am so happy. She always smiles. I like her lessons and my grades are good.

I am sad  to leave her.

I hope I will have a good teacher like her in Mexico.

I looked on Google. Mexico is a beautiful place. People speak Spanish and English there .

It is hot there, like in Israel.

 I love the sun and the beach.

It’s Monday.  We are flying to Mexico today.

I am very excited about my new home in Mexico.  I hope it will be fine!

 I know that every ending is a new start!  It’s going to be OK.
