The origins of the chess game are shrouded in mist and controversial, and its invention has been attributed to different empires of the ancient world in China, India, Egypt or Persia.

The Crusaders, who returned to Europe from the Crusades, brought with them the game they learned in the Arab countries.

Around 1200 different game laws began to appear in southern Europe and around the year 1475 the chess have entered a number of great changes and made it a game known today.

Over the years, various boards and chess formats have evolved from the regular board used for two players.
-There are versions for more than two players: 3 players (round board or hexagon), 4 players, and more.
-Chess games with rules changed or added.
-If blind people want to play chess, there are braille marks on -the board, each player has its own board, and after a journey they tell the opponent the move.
