Where do the Amish live and Where did they come from originally?

The Amish people came from German and
Netherland and they believe freedom of religion .
The Amish people is in America for a long time,

The first ones came in the early 18th century to
escape religious persecution in Europe .

The group was founded by Yaakov Amman and the
name Amish derives from his name .

The group is an expression of Christian ultra-
orthobox. At the beginning of the 21 st century
there were about 250,000amish living in 200 different settlements in Canada and the USA.

how they dressed up? – lifestyle

 

Amish men and girls wear wide-brimmed black
hats in varied but dark suits in straight-cut coats,
wide pants, suspenders in solid-colored shirts and
socks, and large, black shoes.they cant have mostash.

Amish women and girls wear old levers and scarves.

Long, full dresses with capes on the shoulders. Long black shoes and socks.

women are not allowed to get haircuts.

Their aprons are very tight and the pins are
straight. They very very special..
Theres a group in this religion who wear just
clothes black and white. And that’s it.

they have a really solider clothes

The Amish often interpret the Bible literally and directly which explains certain aspects of their way of life.

They have a Bible book in which their life is concentrated. Their religion is very concentrated in it but not the main thing. The Amish begin to read the Bible when they are very young and continue to read it almost every day until they die. Several dozen Amish families leave Lancaster County each year.

 

Education and family

The Amish believe in education and a way of life, but provide minimal education only up to eighth grade.
