Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter ½ teaspoon baking soda
⅔ cup brown sugar ⅔ cup chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
¾ cup oats
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking pan with a baking paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the oats and baking soda . Put on the side.
- In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Then mix in the dry ingredients.
- Add the chocolate chips slowly.
- Roll the dough into balls and place them on the baking pan.
- Bake the cookies for 9-12 minutes. Take out of the over when the cookies begin to turn a little brown.
- Let them cool a little.
