It is a fact that the beginning of our day, affects the rest of the day.

Every person has a different definition of a good day – my day must start with prayer but this is not my definition of a wonderful day, my motto is:

A day without a smile is a wasted day.

I like to smile and more than that I like to make people laugh, find things in common between us, and create closeness.

I have real satisfaction if I bring attention to people who need it and be there for them.in addition, I like to help others and if I don’t know how to do it, I will try to find a solution in any way, I believe that if someone asks for help, he probably needs it.

The smallest act/smile of another person can change a whole life.

Eliot’s poem “Count That Day Lost” presents a better world, where people do good to each other, help, or just give a good feeling.

Today many people are trying to maintain this world, of course, me too, it’s amazing to bring the sun to people’s faces, it’s important! But I would not define it in the harsh words that Eliot wrote “Then count that day as worse than lost” If I could talk to Eliot I would suggest that he replace the last line with:

So think about what can be improved for tomorrow or what you would do differently.

Last year I volunteered at the school where know i’m working. In the end of the year I had a good feeling because I gave of myself without getting anything in return. I love the people there because they care about you and they believe in you. When I’m there it’s my meaningful day.

After work I go home, where I find my mother and my loving room where i feel safe and happy. I believe that coming home after a full day of work where you find the people who love you the most, it just adds to my meaningful day. When I have time I like to go and visit my grandparents, I know that my visits always makes them happy, and this gives me an amazing feeling of accomplishment.

I agree with the poem because sometimes we need a huge or someone who loves us. In the poem we can see that is written “that brought the sunshine to one face”, every person needs a good word or a good deed to change the day even a small deed can change a day.
