Beauty and the Beast الجميلة والوحش

One day, the father was to go to a far-off place and he asked his daughters what they wanted on his return.

وفى يوم غادر الاب الى مكان بعيد وسأل بناته ماذا يريدون عند عودته

The first and the second daughter asked for lovely dresses. But the third daughter, whose name was Beauty, said, “Father, I only need a rose plucked by your hand.

البنت الاولى والثانية طلبوا فساتين جميلة والبنت الثالثة والتى كان اسمها جميلة طلبت من وردة

يقطفها بنفسه

” The merchant, on his way back, had to cross through the deep forest. It was dark and the merchant tried to find a place to sleep.

وفى طريق عوده التاجر اضطر الى المرور عبر الغابه وكان الظلام دامسا وحاول العثور على مكان

للمبيت

There was a huge table with delicious food and he ate it all.

وكانت هناك ترابيزة ضخمة عليها طعام لذيذ اكله كله

Then the merchant went into the bedroom and slept on a soft and fluffy bed.

ثم ذهب الى غرفة النوم ونام على سرير مريح

The next day, too, the merchant did not find anyone in the castle.

فى اليوم التالى ايضا لم يجد احد بالقلعة

He saw a beautiful rose bush growing in the lawn and remembered Beauty’s gift. He plucked a red rose from the bush.

ورأى شجرة ورد بالحديقة وتذكر هدية ابنته جميلة فقطف وردة منها

Suddenly, a ferocious looking beast sprang out of the bush.

فجأة ظهر وحش مفترس من بين الزرع

He was wearing fine silk clothes and roared, “I gave you food and a bed to sleep in! And now, you are stealing my roses!

!كان يرتدى هدوم حريرية مهندمة وزأر وقال لقد اعطيتك اكل ومكان للمبيت والان تسرق ورودي

” The merchant was frightened and told the Beast about Beauty’s gift.

كان التاجر خائفا واخبره عن هدية ابنته جميلة

The Beast decided to let him go only if he promised to send Beauty to this castle.

قرر الوحش ان يدع التاجر يرحل بشرط ان يوعده بارسال ابنته جميلة الى القلعة

The merchant agreed and ran back home.

وافق التاجر وهرع مسرعا الى البيت

He cried and told his daughters about the Beast. But Beauty loved her father a lot and agreed to go stay with the Beast.

بكى واخبر بناته عن الوحش ولكن جميلة كانت تحب اباها كثيرا لدرجة وافقت على البقاء مع الوحش

The Beast treated Beauty with a lot of kindness. He was never rude to her.

عامل الوحش جميلة بكل لطف ولم يكن ابدا فظا معه

He let her stay in the biggest room and let her roam in the beautiful garden.

جعلها تمكث فى اكبر غرفة وتتجول فى الحديقة الجميلة

Beauty would sit near the fireplace and sew while the Beast kept her company.

كانت جميلة تجلس قرب المدفأة تخيط وكان الوحش يبقى بصحبته

At first, Beauty was afraid of the Beast but slowly, she began to like him.

فى البداية كانت جميلة خائفة من الوحش ثم بدأت تعجب به

One day, the Beast asked Beauty to marry him, but she refused.

وفى يوم طلب الوحش من جميلة ان تتزوجه ولكنها رفضت

she was still afraid of his fearful-looking face.

كانت لا تزال خائفة من شكله المخيف

The Beast still treated her kindly and with a lot of love.

ظل الوحش يعاملها بلطف وبحب

Beauty missed her father a lot. The Beast gave her a magic mirror and said, “Look at the mirror and you can see your family. Now you won’t feel lonely anymore.

افتقدت جميلة اباها كثيرا فأعطاها الوحش مرآة وقال لها انظرى فيها وسوف ترين عائلتك وبذلك لن

تشعرى بالوحدة مرة اخر

One day, Beauty looked in the mirror and saw that father was very ill and dying.

وفى يوم نظرت جميلة الى المرأة ورأت والدها مريض ويحتضر

She went to the Beast and pleaded and cried, “Please let me go home! I only want to see my father before he dies!”

ذهبت الى الوحش وتضرعت وبكت ارجوك دعنى اعود الى المنزل لارى والدى قبل ان يموت

But the Beast roared, “No! You promised you would never leave this castle!” Saying this, he stormed out of the room.

ولكن الوحش زأر وقال لا لقد وعدتى بانك لن تتركى القلعة وخرج غاضبا من الغرف

But after some time, he came to Beauty and said, “You may go to stay with your father for seven days. But you must promise

to return after that

ولكن بعد وهلة رجع وقال لجميلة يمكنك الذهاب والبقاء مع والدك لمدة سبعة ايام ولكن يجب ان توعدينى بالرجوع بعدها.

” Beauty was very happy and agreed. Then she left and went to stay with her father.

شعرت جميلة بالسعادة وذهبت للبقاء مع والدها

Beauty stayed with her family for seven days and more. She forgot the Beast and his castle.

ظلت جميلة مع عائلتها سبعة ايام وأكثر ونست الوحش وقلعته

But one night, she had a terrible nightmare in which she saw the Beast was very ill and about to die. He was crying, “Beauty, please come back!”
ولكن فى ليلة ما حلمت بكابوس فظيع ورأت فيه الوحش مريض جدا وعلى وشك الموت ويبكى قائلا جميلة ارجوكى ارجعي

Beauty woke up and went back to the castle because she did not mean to hurt the Beast

 صحت جميلة من النوم ورجعت الى القلعة لانها لم تكن تقصد ان تؤذى الوحش

She cried and said, “Please don’t die, Beast! I will live with you forever!”

بكت جميلة وقالت ارجوك لا تمت ايها الوحش سوف أعيش معك للابد

The Beast miraculously changed into a handsome prince.
تحول الوحش بمعجزة الى امير جميل

He said, “I was under a curse all these years and could only be relieved when someone fell in love with me. I am now cured of the curse because you truly love me.
وقال لقد كنت تحت تأثير لعنة طوال تلك السنين ولا يمكن فكها الا عندما يقع شخص فى حبى ولقد شفيت منها الان لانك تحبينى بصدق

” And then, Beauty and the Beast were married and together they lived happily ever after.
ثم تزوجوا وعاشوا مع بعض فى سعادة للابد
