The wind was blowing gently and it was wiping the brown leaves away. The sound of the nature was quite peaceful, however, the streets were full of people who got caught up in the flow of life and they were so busy to hear it…
I hugged my mother for the last time, got out of the car and walked towards school. I was so excited to go to my new school. I went into the WC that is next to my new classroom to fix my hair. At that time, the voice I heard made me feel nervous. It was so rude and annoying. I was astonished when they talked so badly about her appearance.
They kept saying how ugly she was. I felt sad for the girl that they were talking about. I looked in the mirror for the last time and entered my new class. My first lesson was exciting and I had a great time. As soon as the bell rang, all the students started to talk to each other.
A quiet and feeble black-hooded girl in the back caught my attention. At that time, I understood which girl they were talking about. She was on her own. She turned her head slowly and looked into my eyes. She said her name was Emma. I wasn’t sure she got a good night’s sleep as she had dark circles under her eyes. I asked her to show me around the school and introduce me to her friends. She wasn’t so enthusiastic about it at all.
She started to introduce the school after the second lesson. Everybody was looked at her but she was looking down. I took her away from people. I could see that there was a big problem. I wanted to talk to her but at the same time, I didn’t want to hurt her. This situation made me very upset.
After a few days, I decided to talk to her and try to help her. She had an Anorexia disease. She said that she had lost faith in her life and she hated herself. I motivated her to start her Anorexia treatment again. She wasn’t alone now. Her self-confidence went up so she could communicate with people without me. Her treatment was going well. Her friends started to understand her and felt guilty because of what they had done to Emma.
Eventually, Emma became a healty teenage like her friends. They apologized to her for not being able to support and empathize with her in her difficult time. Emma became very happy and forgave them.
