Hot Sweet Potato Soup

Ingredients:

1 kg of pumpkin

7 carrots

1/2 onion

2 spoons of chicken soup powder

1 kg of sweet potatoes

Instructions:

1. Heat the water in a large pot together with the chicken soup      powder, pumpkin, carrots, sweet potatoes and onions.

2. Blend the soup to the desired texture.

3. When it boils, lower the flame to low a low flame and cook        for 10 minutes without a lid.

 

Enjoy your hot soup:)

Grilled Potatoes

Ingredients:

1 kg of potatoes

1/3 cup of olive oil

1 Spoon of paprika

1 Teaspoon of grilled chicken powder

Instructions:

1. Mix the olive oil with the spices and season the potatoes and      arrange in a tile-shaped pan.

2. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and brush the potatoes with          the remaining seasoning.

3. Bake for about 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

 

Enjoy your grilled potatoes:)

Easy Oven Roasted Potatoes {Easy to Make!} - Spend With Pennies

Shepherds Pie

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 kg ground beef

1 tablespoon tomato paste

400g of frozen pea and carrot mixture

2 stems thyme only leaves, chopped

1 diced onion

1 diced leek

Instructions:

1. Heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a large saucepan. Add          onion and leek and fry over medium-low flame for 8              minutes until golden. Raise flame, add meat and fry while      stirring for 10 minutes or until meat is done, turns into          crumbs and has no liquid.

2. Lower the flame, add garlic, thyme, tomato paste, crushed      tomatoes, coriander seeds, salt and black pepper and cook      for 30 minutes. Stir every few minutes.

3. Flatten the meat filling in a pan and cover with mashed          potatoes. Make two and a half strips with a fork and              sprinkle cheese on top.

Rocket Sandwiches

Ingredients:

1 slice of bread

1 slice of pastrami

1 slice of pineapple

Instructions:

1. Take the slice of bread, remove the part of the perch and         roll the slice.

2. Cut about five slices, and in each slice add a piece of                 pastrami.

3. You can add pineapple (in the shape of a triangle, to create        a rocket!). Whoever wants, can “stick” it to bread with a            little jam.

 

Remember! This Rocket can’t really fly. Enjoy (:

Toffee Apple Upside Down Cake

Ingredients:

200g butter
200g sugar

1 egg
1 yolk
300g puffed flour

4 apples peeled and thinly sliced

Instructions:

1. Process the ingredients into dough and refrigerate for half      an hour.

2. Line a pan with baking paper, arrange the apple slices            overlapping each other. Flatten the dough to a pan the            size of the pan, place the dough on the apple slices and          gently tighten.

3. Medium heat in oven to 180 degrees for about 25 minutes      or until golden, let it cool.

4. Carefully turn over on a serving plate, lowering the baking       paper. Plus an ice cream ball next to it is perfect!

Old Fashioned Apple Upside Down Cake - so easy to make!

Parkin Cake

Ingredients:

225g of flour
Three and a half teaspoons of ginger
¾ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon baking soda

125g of delicate oats
100g of soft butter
125g of brown sugar

50ml of milk
50g chopped orange peels

Instructions:

1. Sift flour, spices, and baking soda into a bowl.

2. In another bowl, whisk butter, sugar and grated lemon            zest until a light, airy mixture is obtained.

3. Add the milk and dry ingredients and continue whisking          until smooth.

4. Add the orange peels, and mix well.

5. Bake for about an hour in a preheated oven at 180               degrees.
