The Animal Song

The Lions are the Kings of the Jungle,

They eat all of the zebras and gazelles, Oh

They like to stay in prides because alone they can’t survive,

And the ladies are the reason that the fellas stay alive.

Sharks are the dwellers of the sea,

They got gills on their sides so they can breath,

They can only swim forward, never back or to the side

Cause they get a bunch of water in their lungs otherwise.

The Monkeys like to live up in the trees,

Their thumbs let them pick up anything,

Don’t confuse them with the apes because their tails give them away,

They eat fruits and nuts and bugs and even leaves.

Butterflies are beautiful insects,

They have to go through metamorphosis,

They start as Caterpillars, then wrap up in their cocoons,

When they come out they have new wings that are so colorful.
