-Wife of Bath-

The tale of the Wife of Bath is the sixth short story written by Geoffrey Chaucer in the Canterbury Tales. This woman has spent her life wandering around different lands and making numerous pilgrimages. In each of her trips she found a different man, so much so that she had 5 husbands! She is described as a wealthy woman with a rich clothing but with a presumptuous and very egocentric character.
