Introduction:
Hola! My name is Elijah Leader and I’m really excited to make this cookbook. It will have all your favorite recipes and how to make them!
I have some recipes from home and some from online but either way, if you cook the food right it will be super delicious. These recipes will help you cook your favorite food and if you read this a lot it will help you in the future.
So get your cooking goggles on and get really for a tasty adventure!
Breakfast
Beans- Grandma´s Recipe
- 1 16 ounces bag of pinto beans
- take off any small rocks from the beans, wash them in a strainer
- clean the beans by taking them out of the bag, washing them and then soaking them in water
- Soak them for 4 hours
- after 4 hours rinse them again
- put the beans in a pot then boil them on medium heat until tender to touch
- add spices such as Comino, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt to your liking
- (note) to enhance the flavor dice up some bacon cook until crisp remove from oil dice up half an onion and one tomato fry them in bacon grease until tender add the bacon back into grease then add to beans
ingredients
- 1 tsp of Comino
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of chili powder
- add salt to your liking
