FOR CHRISTMAS WISHES WE HAVE CREATED AND EXCHANGED A CHRISTMAS CARD WITH OUR FRIENDS WITH THE PHRASE OF AN ITALIAN WOMAN IMPORTANT: MARIA MONTESSORI
For the child, walking means something diferent from what it means to us..it is the interesting things that surround him that pushes him to go on
Exploring is important for a child’s phisical and intelectual development
We had fun thinking about our logo idea ….. and in the end we were the logo to propose …
We chose and presented one of the many important women in Italian history …. we could only choose Maria Montessori …
We searched for news of his life ….. translated into Italian and drawn.
We then chose the sports and fashion sector to present important female figures …. ours were Luisa Spagnoli and Bebe Vio
Each nation has chosen a sector: fashion … sport..politics …. presenting their work and creating collaborative work with their partner in the same sector
We have written the biographies in Italian and English
LUISA SPAGNOLI
Luisa Sargentini was born on 30 October 1877 in Perugia. She married Annibale Spagnoli with whom she opened a shop and started making confetti. In 1907 Luisa opened a small company with Francesco Buitoni: Perugina.
The factory was run by Luisa alone during the First World War. After the war, Perugina was a successful factory.
Due to quarrels her husband Annibale left the company and Luisa began a relationship with the son of the partner Francesco Buitoni, Giovanni; much younger than she is.
Luisa created the famous “Bacio Perugina” chocolate. Meanwhile, she began a breeding of angora rabbits with whose wool she began to produce fashion clothes, boleros and shawls.
Luisa dies at the age of 58 and will not be able to see the success of her fashion house which is currently managed by her descendants.
