What do we still have to learn from men?

They play football together.
They go out together to drink beer .
They serve in the army and go to reserve together.
They laugh a lot together.
They study together.
They work together – a friend brings a friend.
They are together.

We also started like that:
Cups of coffee.☕️
Going out to a bar.
Heart to Heart talks.🙎🏻♀️🙎♀️
Shopping.👜
And what went wrong anyway?

Women usually work on a formal level, because of lack of education to work in groups. Women don’t belong to
״The Old Boys Club״ 🏃🏻♂️🤽♂️⛹️♂️🍻
Which provides men with a variety of informal connections
in different areas: university, military service , business, football, etc. Therefore, since the men are more educated in groups, they are Team, and they know how to get out of each team member what is good for them.
5
Women do not have the psychology of “Team”. Therefore, each woman works individually and takes care of herself .
She becomes successful through blood, sweat, and tears, until she reaches to a senior position, with a lot of skills and motivation. Each woman makes her own way to the top of her career alone.
She does not usually bring other women that she knows from university, or military service , or any other framework, to work with her.
6
And what should we do anyway?
Women should encourage developing business contacts between them , work on collaborations with other women friends and companies, thinking together how each one can help promote the other.
Maybe someday we’ll learn how to adopt the Team advantage and to nurture it.
