How to be healthier

After you have read the text answer the following:
1. give 2 examples of healthy food.
2. Whose health the writer is worried about?
3. What is the main reason for the problem?
4. What are the problems that missing the breakfast create?
5. What are the diseases that eating fast food can cause?
6. What are a lot of American teenagers doing more than before?

Try to guess the meanings of the words mentioned on the first page and write them down in a comment on the application.
