Ourboox is great for creating picture books. On any page you can have live text

in various sizes

and colors

and different languages too. שלום!!!

Or you can choose ‘artwork’, choose an image ׂׂׂ(square jpeg’s or png’s work best), and just drag, drop and select. Presto- it’s a page.

But there is much more. When you prepare your book with Ourboox, you will note the <> icon in the tool bar. If you click it, you can embed many source codes in the window that opens. These enable you to view other websites while remaining in the Ourboox format. On the next page, I have embedded the ’embed code’ from a Sinatra clip on youtube. Here is the code I embedded:

In the same way, you can embed a slide show from Google slides.

You can go into Google Maps, and embed a map from there. Here is a map of Ottawa, Canada, where I grew up. When you move your mouse to move the map, you are in Google Maps. Is that cool or what?

You can embed a questionnaire from Google forms. So, which Beatle do you like best?

You can embed a padlet, linolit or thinglink.

And any audio segment (for example, using SoundCloud).
