Start-Up Nation Central at DLD

It was a superhot day in Tel Aviv.

Start-ups everywhere. Investors everywhere.

Air conditioning? Nowhere.

I found an oasis. It was at the beautifully designed Start-up Nation Central booth. They welcomed me in.

I found water, ice cream, and Dov Moran.

Start-up Nation Central represents over 4,000 startups in Israel.

I had an idea.

So I spoke to my friend Jeremie and he introduced me to Wendy Singer.

Wendy was a sport, and agreed to this selfie! Thanks Wendy!

We discussed an idea.

That we would work together to publish the stories of each and every Israeli start-up in digital story book format. On Ourboox (of course). After all, our books promote one another and are seen across the globe. Many Ourboox titles are already on the top page of Google and other search engines. It’s free. Why not?

Wendy asked me to write her an e-mail. I did one better. I wrote her a little book!

This might be one of the smallest books on our website, but the idea is not.

Will Start-up Nation Central pick up the gauntlet? Time will tell!!

In the meantime, I thank them for their hospitality.
