PERSEUS AND ANDROMEDA

The Priestess of the king Acrisius who rules Argos

she was sat on a large rock,he ask her I want to know: I and

my wife we have a daughter,Danae,but we would like a son

can you tell me.

In this moment Apollo speaks but the king cannot listen to

Apollo,just the Priestess can.

“The only child you and your wife will have it , its your grand son from your daughter Danae.

But be careful from this child,because one day

he will kil you.

Damn,how can I stop this from happening.I dont want to die

Is to kill your daughter

“But the gods will not like this.They punish those who kill

their own family.”

He thought I will not kill my daughter because the gods will

angry.

And he finaly found the answer.

the king had a bronze house for Danae built under the ground

And to get inside you have to open a small door in a key

hidden in the grass.only a small part of the roof was open to

give Danae some air.He lied Danae “There is a man he want to

meet you and marry you because you are the most beautiful

woman

in all of Argos.she wait days,weeks,months.

The king of the gods Zeus,fell in love with Danae,and he want

to give her a son.

Zeus give her childe,she called him Perseus(Zeus is the boys

father).

When the king know he was very angry,and he toled his

daughter what perseus will do when he grow up.

He looking them up in a large box and throw the box to the sea.

After long time ago they reached a land.

A fisherman named Dctys was on the beach and saw the box.

He was a very good man,he and his wife helped them and said

you can stay here as long as you want.

Dictys brother Polydectes was the king of the land and he felt

a love with Danae he was an evil man,he hated Perseus

because if he marred Danae Perseus will be the next king

so he dont want this.he wanted to make the boy leave the

island and never come back.so he told him about creatures

calld Gorgons the most dangerous in the world.

and if any one cut off their heads he will be the braveist man in

Greece.Perseus thought I want this title.and in the night he

leave

the land without telling anyone.his father Zeus was waching

when he sent god Hermes and goddess Athena to help him.

His adventure was begining,he sail with Hermes to a land.

and there is in the land someone wil give Perseus tools will help

him to fight.when they reached it was a woman gave Perses

a helmet,magic sack,sandals fly,shield and sword.

And finally he cut thier heads.

When he was coming back he saw a beautiful woman called

Andromeda was bonded with a big stone and the moster in the

water want to eat her,but Perseus helped her.

When he come back to the land he turned the king  Polydectes

to stone in Medosa face.

In the end Perseus killed his grandfather(Danae father).
