Make your own dark chocolate with this incredible recipe.
Not only does it tastes great – it is healthy!
Remember to use the best products that you can find.
What do you need?
- 3/4 cups of Cocoa Butter or Coconut Butter or Organic Coconut oil – either one of these would do the trick – do not use other substitutes.
- 1.5 cups of Cocoa powder (Of high quality, preferably organic, without any additives and sweeteners).
- 1/2 cups of REAL maple sauce/honey (Not artificial, preferably organic).
Preparation:
- Place the cocoa or coconut butter inside a bowl and place the bowl in a pot with water
- Boil the water in the pot on low heat level on the gas stove
- Stir slowly until fully melted
- Now add the cocoa powder and keep on stirring
- Finally add the maple/honey and stir until fully dissolved.
Now you can take the bowl out of the pot and wait for it to cool down a bit…
Once cooled you can now shape them into any shape you wish!
I usually turn them to small round balls so each time someone eats them…they have a taste for more!
Remember – you can always play around with this recipe – add nuts, goji berries and anything you can think of…
