INTRODUCTION
To me, cooking is a form of science: materials and methods, with infinitesimal possibilities for creativity. It is a precise scientific methodology that involves chemistry, physics, math, and ingenuity. The best is that you get to eat your produce. I love it!
Most of the following recipes are not originally mine; the sources of the recipes have been added, as I would do when referencing an adapted procedure. I am, however, responsible for adaptations – be they good or faulty. In any case, at this stage, they are minimal.
