Despre proiect
We want to focus on the apple as a kind of fruit, its nutritional value. Following each other’s performance, individual schools will present their native landscapes. On the partner school video, they present regional or modern songs where they are singing about an apple. They roast together a traditional apple pie. The pupils exchange artwork with the apple theme.
OBIECTIVE
Objectives: Pupils will get acquainted with individual schools within the project. They learn to work with partner schools. Students will introduce their school through a short video. They will find out about the apples that they publish. In the next video, they sing a regional or other song where they sing about the apple. Under the guidance of teachers, they prepare a traditional apple pie. Cake recipes are exchanged with each school. In the end, they create creative works that will be exchanged between schools
-Support for interest in healthy nutrition.-Get acquainted with individual schools within the project.-Learn to cooperate with partner schools.-Learn to present the information about the apple. -Interacting with a short video introduces their school.-Familiarize Slovakia and the EU countries-Develop a fantasy.-Develop your manual skills. -Create the artwork.- Explain imagination. – Know how to grow apple trees, which is important to have a good harvest of apples.
PROCEDURĂ DE LUCRU
Workflow: -recognize partners -indicate the country from which partners come-to meet with partner schools -ave a school in which pupils learn -to obtain information about apple and apple-growing-present a song about an apple-bite a traditional apple pie -recepe send by mail-create artwork with the theme of apple-work without compulsion and time stress.

Turing’s apple
It is speculated, however, that the rainbow apple would have other meanings. Sadie Plant writes in the book Zeroes + Ones: Digital Women and the New Technoculture (1997) that the logo is a tribute to homosexual scientist Alan Turing.
The British Alan Mathison Turing (1912-1954) played a vital role in the creation and development of the modern computer – created the concept of the Turing machine, which could explain the logic of any algorithm. A mathematician, logician and cryptanalist, Turing worked for the British government during the Second World War, “breaking off” the German codes, but his career ended in 1952 when the police found out he was gay. At that time, homosexuality was illegal in the UK, so Turing had to choose either prison or conditional release from hormone treatment (with estrogen) to reduce libido. The mathematician chose the second variant, and two years later he committed suicide in at least an original way, poisoning himself. Apparently, Alan Turing chose an apple that he injected with cyanide and bit out of it, just like in the Snow White Snow, his favorite. Turing had seen Disney animated about 40 times, according to his closest friends, and wanted to recreate the final stage.

Superstitions about apples
Every year, on July 20th, the feast of St. Elias is celebrated. The people are not consumed until after they have been taken to the church. It is said that the one who bites the apple before being sanctified will only have apple after death and, when he wants to touch them, they will disappear. The holy apples will become gold in the other world. On this day, it is good to divide the sweet and honey apples to our friends and neighbors, to encourage them to grow up in their work, and to be healthy, to taste these ranges by the year.
Once we have given these offerings, we also eat apples from this year’s harvest after lunch, then we make a wish.
According to tradition, women are not allowed to eat apples until the day of the feast, in order not to upset those who have passed away to the eternal life of that family. After this day, young girls are allowed to eat apples; Instead, the elderly in the family “have been” unleashed “to apples only at the feast of St. Elijah.

It is the most appreciated variety in our country in domestic consumption. It is native to the US, being one of the most cultivated varieties in the world for decades. In Romania there are areas like the south of the country where the Jonathan variety still holds a large share
The tree has a good adaptability to any kind of soil and different climatic conditions, less sensitive to frost, medium force, the crown can be driven without difficulty, precocity in fruitfulness, produces constant and produces good productivity.
The red fruit has a medium size, exceptional taste, perfect sugar balance / acidity, with a strong specific aroma. Harvest maturity is after September, to take advantage of the night / day temperature alternation that favors intense coloring over the entire surface of the fruit.
The disadvantages are frustrating fruit harvesting problems – 1-2 months after harvesting, even in moderate storage conditions, fruit ruins quickly.

Golden Delicious variety
The tree has a relative height and poetry is cultivated in classical orchards and super-intensive orchards. It roses from the second year after the final planting. Sensitive to diseases, less sensitive to spring frosts.
The fruit is attractive, yellow-green, to full yellow baking, yellowish, sweet, slightly acidified, flavored. Keep well under classical storage conditions and controlled atmosphere.
Disadvantages: it is very sensitive to diseases. Insufficient moisture under storage conditions leads to the degradation of apple quality by dehydration. It supports hard manipulations with very thin skin.

It is a great force tree, the globular, heavy crown. Most branches have a near-horizontal position. It is cultivated in classical orchards creating a spectacular crown. with a tendency of periodicity. Fruits are resistant to handling and transport, but long storage results in the loss of succulence, making the pulp flour. It is very good and I recommend it being the most used by my family.
