Story One (scroll down on laptops and tablets)

There was a knock at the door. I went over and had a look through the keyhole. A rather good-looking woman in her early thirties. Perhaps my age. My curiosity piqued, I opened the chain and unlocked the door.

I wasn’t prepared for what happened next. She came toward me, pressed her body to mine and gave me an open mouthed kiss that erased any questions I might have had about her intentions.

Soon we were in the twilight of the bedroom doing what aroused couples do.

Afterwards she looked up. “I saw you at the grocery store and followed you here. I’ve been wanting to do this for some time and I had the feeling that you wanted to do it too. After all,  you’re not wearing your ring and I see that you’ve left home.

By now I had figured it out. She had confused me with Tim, my twin brother. I might have said “My name is Jon. It’s my twin brother Tim that you were looking for,” but I let the evening play itself out.

Oh, and perhaps I should mention that we are married now and expecting twins.

Story Two (scroll down on laptops and tablets)

There was a knock at the door. I went over and had a look through the keyhole. A rather good-looking man in his early forties. Perhaps even my age. My curiosity piqued, I opened the chain and unlocked the door.

I wasn’t prepared for what happened next. He pushed the door open violently in my face and punched me in the stomach. I doubled over, barely catching my breath.

“You’ve been fooling around with my wife”, he yelled, “I have it all on camera.”

He punched me again, this time in the face. “But I’m gay! I screamed.” It must have come out a whisper because he was not listening. I mustered all my strength. “I’m gay. I’m gay.” He continued to pummel me. I was on the floor.

Now his hand was around my neck. “I’m gay, I’m gay” I proceeded to utter between gasps.

“This will teach you. He was choking me. My head was now in a state of semi-conciousness.”

But before I passed out I understood. He had mistaken me for my twin brother.
