The Tallest Man in the world

Robert Pershing Wadlow:

Waldo was born and raised in Elton, Illinois in the United States.

After he was four years old his growth accelerated as a result of Gigantism he suffered from.

At the age of 8, he was 188 centimeters tall and at the age of 13 he was declared the tallest man in the world, at 2.32 meters tall.

His height made walking difficult, and he used special crutches to do so.

Waldo never stopped growing and eventually reached 2.72 and 199 kg.

Died at the age of 22 as a result of an infection in his leg.

Today I took a walk in the city and went into several shops.

The first store I went into was a clothing store.

You know, it’s very hard to find clothes in your size! So I turned around for an hour to find a good suit.

It was exhausting.

Finally I found a measure that suited me.

The second store I went into was the shoe store and suddenly a bunch of people gathered around me and said to me:” wow, what height “. And everyone looked at me in astonishment.

I was’nt surprised, I’m used to everyone looking at me with shocked look.

A few years ago I interviewed Robert Woodlow, the tallest person ever recorded

Me: I’m very glad you’re devoting me to your time. I have a few questions to ask you.

You do not have to answer any questions, just answer the questions you would like to answer.

Me: Woodlow you’re incredibly tall. What did your mother feed when you were growing up?

Woodlow: I do not really remember that much, my mom feed me a lot of things, she wanted a very tall son and she got one.

Me: what the worst thing about being an extremely tall man?

Woodlow: I can’t fit into a normal car like everyone else, i can’t get through doors easily, and even when i sit down at the table to have dinner it’s not comfortable.
