Earthquakes
These are a different type of surface feature that happens over a shorter amount of time. Earthquakes happen when the Earth’s plates slide past one another causing the ground to shake and shift.
Volcanoes
Volcanoes are also formed along sliding plates of Earth’s surface. They are formed from magma underneath the surface by cooling down and hardening to a Volcano formation.
