THE INGREDIENTS:

3 eggs

100 grams of sugar

300 ml of milk.

200 gr of flour.

50 gr of butter.

200 gr Nutella.

icing sugar.

In a bowl mount the eggs with the sugar.

Add the milk and then the flour to obtain a smooth and homogeneous batter.

Cover the bowl with the film and put in the refrigerator to rest for half an hour.

Melt a butter nut in a non-stick frying pan, then add a staple ladle. Bake every cracking one minute per side. Turn with the aid of a spatula and cook another minute

Slide the crescent on a plate and still warm it to half its surface with Nutella.
Close the crepes to the Nutella wallet and continue in the preparation until all the dough is finished.
