THE PANCAKES
Pancakes are typacal American dish that you eat in the morning.

INGREDIENTS for 16 pancakes of 10 cm in diameter Thin white
-yogurt 125 g
-Flour 00 150 g
-Whole milk 200 g
-Eggs (1 medium) 58 g
-Powdered yeast for cakes 8 g
-Extra virgin olive oil for frying the pan, optional q.b.

To prepare the pancakes without butter, start by placing the egg in a bowl and slamming it with a hand whip (1). When it is light and sparkling, add the milk to the wire (2) and, while continuing to beat, also join the yogurt(3).
Then add it through a bowl, flour and yeast in the rain (4). Mix carefully, with delicate low upward movements to avoid

disassembling the compound until a smooth and homogeneous paste (5) is obtained.
After a few minutes, when small bubbles begin to flourish on the surface, it is time to turn the pancake with the aid of a spatula (7). Then, cook another minute (8) and when ready, place it on a plate. Continue until the batter is over. Serve your pancakes

without butter,accompanied by fresh fruit, honey or jam.(9)

Pancakes without butter, but certainly not without taste! For an extra aroma, you can add to the batter the seeds of a vanilla berry or the grated garlic of a lemon,or a pinch of cinnamon: for always different, always irresistible pancakes!
