Mr know all- post reading

Today, I went up to the ship from San Francisco to Yokohama (japan) . I am so exciting to go to Japan. I am starting a new page. I found nice job as an pearls expert, and on top of it my employers offered me a good house deal. I guess i am going to spent the rest of my life there, i hope it will be great.

I took so many luggage. In addition of me moving to japan my family also are living there, so i thought it will be nice of me to buy couple presents for my little nieces as a surprise.

When I went on board I found someone that look at me. He was tell, his eyes was bright and his eyes brushed.

I understood that he is my partner to the cabin, so I present myself to him with a smile. The men present himself in front of me and said that his name is: Brian. He asked me if I am British and I answered yes, and to prove it I took out my passport from the pocket.

I told to Brian about New York and  San Francisco.We discussed about random things like: plays,pictures, and politics, and it was very interesting. Brian look at me and it would seem that he was very charmed about my statement.

Because I want that Brian would like me, I decided to save him a place. During the meal I was talking a lot with all the people that was around the table. We talked about many things as well political issues and more about the life in general. This was so fun because I wanted to everyone around would think I am an educated man and kind of smart and know everything about life and general.

One evening at dinner the conversation by chance drifted to the subject of pearls. We talked about pearls and i said to everyone that I am an expert to pearls. I saw that Mrs. Ramsay wore a chain of pearls, so I said her that her chain that she was wearing will never be worth a cent less than it is now.

After i said that Mrs. Ramsay’s pearls are very expensive Mr. Ramsay said to me that  his wife Ms. Ramsay bought the necklace at a department store the day before they left New York, for eighteen dollars. So I said to Mr. Ramsey that it is not only real, but it is as fine necklace for it to be cheaper.

While I was talking about the necklace I noticed that Mrs. Ramsay was very stressful and nervece so I wanted to change the subject but Mrs. Ramsay offered a bet. The bet was about the necklece if it was a real pearls or not.  we betted over hundred dollars but i knew it will not costing to me anythings i was more worried abouts Mrs Ramsay.

I decided to say that i mistake about the pearls. I said that the pearls isn’t real altohugh I knew that it is make everyone to laugh at me. And I was right, all the pepole that was in the place look at me and laugh. I  ashamed but I knew that I did a good deed.

After all the people laugh at me I gave to Mr. Ramsay the 100 dollars that I owe him.

In the next day I woke up and I saw an envelope next to the door. I open the envelope and I saw 100 dollars. When I saw that I was very suprised and shook, I did not undersand who can gave me that. I set on the bed and think about that, finally I understood that it is from Ms. ramsay.

I am so happy that i decided not to say anything to Mr. Ramsay about the real pearls althouh I knew that it will cause to everyone laugh at me. What I did make me understand that in the life we must to behave well and most importantly be good people who help and do everything for others.
