First day at school

The first day of school all the teachers were in the school yard with in the pupils. Middle school students played Darbuka, the students walked in clapping, the principal gave a speech to encourage the pupils to succeed and mostly to have fun. It was very exciting and motivating, it wasn’t stressful. The council and the education administrator gave a speech and got presents from the principal. During the ceremony, there were baklawas and candy.

Our opinion

In our opinion, the first day should start with a positive atmosphere’ different activities and music. Then there should be an introduction of the school’s principles and values in a lighter mood and a fun way. So the children will get a positive experience and will not be afraid of school.
