This is the story of Peter and the wolf.

Peter Brown lives in America with his mother, his father and his brother, Paul.They live in a big house on a farm.

There are a lot of animals on his farm . He loves all of them but his favourite animal is Wooly the Sheep .

Wooly is soft and black .

Every morning Peter goes to school with his friends, Daniel and Mary.They live in the small house near the farm.

At half past three,Peter goes home and he does his homework. When he finishes, he goes outside to see the animals on the farm.

He always rides his horse and plays with Wooly.

Sometimes he helps his father, too.He cleans the stables and feeds the cows and the pigs.

But Peter isn’t always a good boy . Sometimes he plays tricks on his family and friends. One day, Peter goes to see Wooly after school . While he his there, he has an idea.

” Maybe I can play a trick on Daniel and Mary,” he says . He  gets his mobile phone and calls them. “Help! Help! There’s a wolf in the field near Wooly!” he yells .

Daniel and Mary run outside. They want to  Help Peter .

When they arrive at the field, they see him. He is playing with Wooly and laughing. They are very angry . “It isn’t  funny,” says Mary ” Don’t tell lies!”

The next day, after school, Peter goes to the field again.

“Maybe I can play a trick on my brother, Paul!” he says. He gets his mobile phone and calls him.

“Help!Help! There’s a wolf in the field near Wooly!”

When he arrives at the field, he sees him. He is playing with Wooly and laughing. Paul is very angry.

“It isn’t funny,”says Paul “Don’t tell lies!”

On Saturday morning, Peter gets up early. He puts on his jacket and his shoes.

“I like playing tricks on my family and friends,” he says. “It’s fun!”

Then he goes outside. In the middle of field he sees a dark shadow near the sheep.

It’s a big black wolf. It’s hungry and it wants to eat Wooly.

Peter is alone and afraid.

He understands that nobody belives a liar even when he tells the truth.

Suddelly he hears a noise and tourns around.

He looks at the field. Wooly isn’t there.

MORAL:

NOBODY BELIEVES A LIAR EVEN WHEN HE TELLS THE TRUTH
