Once upon a time there lived a proud lion. He lived far away in the jungle absolutely alone. He was lonely and sad.

One hot summer day he was running in the jungle when suddenly he heard a strange noise. Somebody was crying.

It was a small monkey hanging on the tree. The monkey was in a trouble. She was wrapped herself with a tail on a big tree. She couldn’t jump down.

“HELP! HELP!”shouted the monkey.

Nobody couldn’t hear her. Suddenly the proud lion appeared near the tree. He was too proud to help her.

“I will be your friend. You won’t be alone anymore,”said the monkey.

Then the lion saw a beautiful tiger, coming closer.

“Let’s help the monkey! She is very unhappy. We can be friends all together,” said the tiger.

The proud lion listened to the tiger very carefully and understood, that to be alone and proud is not good. All animals in the jungle have to be friends, then they can help each other in all troubles in the jungle.
