Tropical Hurricane is a low pressure area which contains clouds and thunderstorms activity, all these are carried with the wind reaches speeds sometimes destructive, around the center of low pressure.
The energy source of the tropical storm is unleashed latent heat from the condensation of water in the upper layers of the atmosphere. In other words, the ocean get energy from the sun and evaporates, so they climb up the atmosphere and cooled down, and when they reach a certain temperature (dew point) they despise and releasing the energy used in evaporation before, so actually, you might think about a tropical storm as a heat engine vertical tremendous.
