One really popular Tsunami is the December 26 2004 indian ocean tsunami. 230,000 people died the financial cost was $8.71 billion dollars.

Another really popular Tsunami is the November 1 1755 tsunami. 70,000 people died. We cant find the finacial cost but we know all the money is gone.
