Ingridients:
eggs – 1
sugar – 80 g
butter – 125g
flour – 225g
cocoa – 25g
cinnamon -2g
vannila -1 packet
salt – a pinch

SHORTBREAD BISCUITS
- Cream eggs and sugar.
- Add vanilla.
- In a separate bowl mix (sift, combine) flour, cocoa, salt and cinnamon .
- Add softened butter and stir up to get creamed mixture.
- Add mixed eggs and sugar to creamed mixture and make a dough.
- Put the dough into the fridge for 40 minutes.
- Preheat the oven at 200° Celsius.

roll out the dough - Bake for 10 minutes.
- decorate with icing
