Ingridients:

eggs – 1

sugar – 80 g

butter – 125g

flour – 225g

cocoa – 25g

cinnamon -2g

vannila -1 packet

salt – a pinch

SHORTBREAD BISCUITS

  •  Cream eggs and sugar.
  •  Add vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl mix (sift, combine) flour, cocoa, salt and cinnamon .
  • Add softened butter and stir up to get creamed mixture.
  • Add mixed eggs and sugar to creamed mixture and make a dough.
  • Put the dough into the fridge for 40 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven at 200° Celsius.
  •   roll out the dough
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • decorate with icing
