This is an international eTwinning project and we are in third activity.
Planting and growing beans in our classrooms.
It is between 01 November and 01 December 2016.
Growing plants from seed allows students a hands-on way to experience the life cycle of a plant. The activity demonstrates germination and plant needs, as well as provides the excitement of watching the plant grow from a tiny seed into a mature plant.
We devided the class into groups. Each group had a group name and a plastic glass.
All the groups had cotton balls, plastic glasses, and water.
Students dipped their cotton balls into water and places them in their glasses.
Then they added some (3 or 4 beans) in their bags.
They were quıte excited. They liked teamwork.
Each group was responsible for its glass.
Planting is finished now.
After the group of students finished adding their cotton balls and beans to their glassess, we then closedup the zipper and taped them to our class window.
Now all we have to do is wait and see what happens.
