Going Swimming

One morning, Felix and Harry are going swimming. They are already here with their mum. “Hello, would you like £1.50 to go swimming in the pool inside?” asked Felix and Harry’s mum. “Yes, so that would be enough money.” said the lady.

Felix, Harry and their mum went to the changing room and got changed to get their swimming costumes on. “You must not dive under the water and talk to strangers.” said their mum. “Okay, Mum.” said the two of them.

Felix, Harry and their mum went to the swimming pool. “Are you alright, Harry?” asked their mum. “I’m so nervous to go swimming, Mum.” said Harry. “Don’t be nervous, Harry, but you will be fine.” said Felix.

Felix dived under the water. “Felix! What did I say?!” asked Felix and Harry’s mum crossly. “I’m sorry, Mum, but no diving under the water.” said Felix. “That’s right, but that is okay, but I did say you’re not allowed to dive under the water.” said their mum.

Harry is a very good swimmer, and also their mum. “I love going swimming with you the best without my brother.” said Harry. “That’s good, but I go swimming with my friends in the evening the best.” said Felix and Harry’s mum.

Felix swam properly. “You can do it, Felix! You’re good at swimming!” shouted their mum. Harry splashed at a stranger. The stranger was cross. “You musn’t do that, okay?” asked their mum to Harry. “Okay, Mum.” said Harry.

“I love to float on my back!” said Felix. “I do too, because it is very good.” said their mum. Harry floated on his back as well as Felix. “I can do it, Mum!” he said. “Well done! I’m so pleased with you!” she said.

After Felix, Harry and their mum swam, they got changed again. “Wow, that was very easy work, Felix and Harry!” she said. “I’m sorry for splashing at the stranger, Mum.” said Harry. “That’s alright, but there’s no need to get upset.” said their mum.

Now it’s time to go home and Felix and Harry had a good time going swimming. Felix did one which is naughty and also Harry had one which is naughty too, but they are happy boys, and Felix is the oldest boy in the family because their mum is their sons.
