My Grandmother

My Grandmother is 88 years old.

She was born in May 3rd, 1928 in Gaza Palestina.

In 1955, she and her family moved to Balfuria.

She lives there today.

While raising her own children, she opened her house to other children who came from difficult backgrounds and needed her help.

Every Tuesday she bakes delicious cookies and cinnamon rolls.

She likes reading and hearing history stories and stories about the Bible.

She has been taking history courses in Emek Yizra’el College for the past 12 years.

She likes playing Solitaire on the computer.

Her Favorite song is  “Latet” (to give) by Boaz Sharabi.
