The wizard and the sheriff- by Ofek Tzur and Amir Ariely ז4

Many years ago, when wizards ruled the towns, they were the governors of the towns.

In one town that was called lieny, the wizard, that his name is Manster, wanted to destroy the townspeople and the sheriff of lieny who was called Heroisman.

Manster is the most barbaric, strong, nasty and crazy wizard of all the wizards that ruled towns. Hence all of the townspeople were afraid of him.

on the other hand, Heroisman was a brave, beautiful and kind- hearted sheriff that always helped the townspeople.

Every night, at the end of the month, manster grabbed the townspeople to his castle and imprisoned them in a special magical room that can be opened only using a magic word, that nobody except him did not know the word.

One day, The wizard challenge the sheriff for battle and said to him:” If you will beat me in the battle, I will free your townspeople, but if not I will destroy the townspeople and also you!!!”

” I agree”!!! the sheriff said.

Afterwards, at noon both of them were ready to fight till the wizard said:” I do not want to fight with you, I give in to you and I free the townspeople, because I understand that it is not good to be a nasty man and better to be a good wizard, and will help to the townspeople!!!”
