Yogurt Bark
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of yogurt
- 1 or 1/2 teaspoon of honey
- fresh fruit by your choice
How to make it:
- Get yourself a plate. Put stretch foil because you don’t want the yogurt to stick to the plate. Place the yogurt into the plate then add honey and a fruit by choice. Freeze for 2 hours. Enjoy!

Scrambled Egg Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 tomato
- 1 or 1/2 cucumber
- 1 carrot
- some cheese
- toppings by choice
How to make it:
- Crack 2 eggs and scramble them well. Put them in a pan (with or without oil) and cook them until it’s perfectly done for you. Chop some tomato, carrot and cucumber. Place them in a bowl and add seasonings by choice. Rip the scrambled eggs into pieces and place them into the bowl. Add cheese and enjoy!

Banana Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of oats
- 1/2 coffee spoon cinnamon
How to make it:
- Smash a banana, crack an egg and mix them together. Add the oats and cinnamon then mix again. Put the mixture on a pan (with or without oil) and cook it until it’s perfectly cooked for you (DO NOT BURN IT). Serve it with yogurt and enjoy!

Baked Oats
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons of oats
- 1 egg
- some salt
- 1 coffee spoon of honey
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of cacao powder (if you desire)
How to make it:
- Smash a banana, crack an egg, add the blended oats and mix. Add the honey and cacao powder and mix. Lastly, put the baking powder and mix well again. Place it in an aesthetic cup by choice and put it in the oven (200C) for 20 – 30 min. You can add toppings if you want. Enjoy!

Oatmeal cinnamon apple pudding
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons skyr
- 1 tablespoon oats
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 of an apple (depends on how big the apple is)
- some cinnamon
How to make it:
- Mix the skyr and oats. Place them in a proper bowl then add honey. Put you apples and cinnamon for good appearance and enjoy!

Omelette wrap
Ingredients:
- 1/2 or 1/4 of a lavash
- 1 teaspoon lyutenitsa
- some iceberg lettuce
- a tomato
- an egg
How to make it:
- Firstly, you have to cook your omelette – just egg and white cheese. Get 1/2 or 1/4 lavash and spread лютеница on it. Put your veggies and omelette then toast it till it’s perfect for you. Enjoy!

Banana oat pudding
Ingredients:
- 1/2 of a banana
- 2 tablespoons of skyr
- 1 and a half tablespoons of oats
- some cinnamon
How to make it:
- Smash a banana, put skyr, cinnamon and oats and mix. Place it in an aesthetic cup by choice, you can put banana slices between the layers of the mixture. Put toppings by choice and enjoy!

Blueberry Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of strawberry skyr(you can use normal skyr or other flavors)
- some blueberries
How to make it:
- Mix the chia seeds with the skyr together and place them in a proper cup. Use blueberries for topping and enjoy!
