 My Favorite Teacher.

The teacher has an important role in building society. This profession is the basis of all professions. Without the teacher, who will raise and educate the young and old generations? The profession of a teacher does not only help us in school, but in our lives and also in building our personality.

My favorite teacher was Mr. Hanna, an English teacher in the sixth grade. It seems like it was a long time ago, but due to my respect and love for this wonderful teacher, I still remember the details of the lesson with him. He was tall, did not have much hair, was closer to baldness, always good-looking, and had a special style in his clothes. He was not like any Arab teacher, closer to a foreign teacher. As soon as he enters the class quickly, we notice his beautiful and wide smile.

One of the things that distinguishes this teacher is that he has a distinctive style of teaching in his own way, as he used to make all the class students excited about his lesson. He always does activities, games, and brings us a TV inside the classroom so that we can watch movies, this is very smart It is not just to entertain us, but to strengthen our English in an unconventional way.

Another feature of teacher Hanna is patience. He had no problem with repeating the explanation more than once, and if we were late with the curriculum that we were supposed to finish, he did not care. He always used to tell us “quality, not quantity.” In addition to this, he was giving as much of his energy as possible in order to make sure that all the students understood the lesson.

As a conclusion, the teacher should know that this is not a simple profession, but rather one of the greatest professions, as it is the basis of society. Teacher Hanna was a period that changed my life, as he is an exceptional and ideal teacher for me.

The witch

This essay will describe an imaginary character. The witch is the most dangerous character in the world that puts people’s lives in danger. Generally, considered one of the most famous and popular characters. She only appears at night. In addition, her body shape makes people afraid, horror and tragedy. She also has the ability to change people’s appearance.

This witch has a strange and terrifying appearance to some of us, her color is greenish yellow as if she is ill or hasn’t slept for several months. She has large yellow teeth that even when she closes her mouth they are still sticking out. As for her hair, it is black, long, and curly. She is very long, about two meters long, and rather fat. She lives in the forest away from humans, as she has a hatred towards them.

Although, she likes to wave to everyone she sees around and dance weirdly. She protects and lives in a huge tower that is locked and isolated away from people. She often likes to take a nap under the shade of a tree in the forest. Also, she has no family and seems like an orphan. She is generally a kind person if somebody tries to be friendly with her. However, when someone tries to come closer to the tower she protects, she immediately changes her attitude to be more Violent and aggressive.

To sum up, the witch is so dangerous and terrifying for us. She has an afraid appearance of human beings. Also, he has strange features like black curly hair, her color is greenish and yellow teeth. I believe that everyone doesn’t like her appearance. but we don’t forget that we watch a lot of movies that include a witch.

Short Story.

    The magic broom

Once upon a time in a very small village whose population did not exceed twenty people, located on high mountains, and next to it a large waterfall. A village far from other cities that no one heard of it, its name was the Village of Clouds. In this village lived a girl named Sally, she used to spend all her time raising sheep and farming.

Sally is a girl with a wide imagination and ambition who loves adventures, but unfortunately, her living conditions do not allow her to do so, as she has no friends and it is very difficult to leave the village because of her dangerous location. So, Sally was sharing with her parents her strange questions, such as if there were other people on this planet, or if she left the village, what would she see, and so on. Sally’s parents have always worried about her because of her crazy thoughts. Throughout their lives, no one in this village thought like Sally.

During an ordinary day an old man came, his name was Patrick. Everyone was amazed if they believed that there were no life or people other than themselves. This man told them about the “outside world”. Sally listened to him with great passion and to the smallest details. At night, Sally went to Patrick’s to listen to more of his stories. Surprisingly, he took out a broomstick from his large bag and gave it to Sally. He told her “This broom is very valuable to me, but I saw in your eyes the enthusiasm of a real adventurous person. this broom is magical, it has the power to fly and go anywhere you want, but I will give it to you only for one week and then you have to come back here and give it back to me”. Sally was amazed by this gift and did not believe it, so she went outside in a hurry to try it, and indeed the broom began to fly and Sally went to the world to discover it.

Thus, Sally began flying in different countries and getting to know new people, but what was not expected happened during the flight. Sally collided with a tree and fell to the ground, the broom broke. Sally tried a lot to fix it, but she could not. Sally sat crying when an old lady came, Sally told her what happened, suddenly the lady took out a small magic wand and fixed the broom. Sally thanked the lady and continued her way back to the village.

In the end, Sally arrived in the village well. She returned the broom to Patrick and thanked him for the opportunity that would not be repeated. After this, she told all the people of the village about the adventures she had lived and the people she had met.

Reporting of the ten questions.

During the conversation with the Japanese tourist, I asked a variety of questions to learn more about his experiences. Firstly, I greeted him and asked about his entertainment of the city,  “Are you enjoying your stay so far?” Following that, I asked if he had visited any famous locations, “Have you visited any famous locations yet?” To gather information about the duration of his stay, I asked, “How long will you be staying here?” . Then, I asked about his experiences, “Have you tried any traditional food since you arrived?” Moving on, I asked if it was his first time visiting our country, “Is this your first time visiting our country?” I asked about his ability to reach places in the city, “Did you have any difficulty finding your way around the city?” To explore his travel plans, “Will you be traveling to any other cities in our country during your visit?” To explore his curiosity about traditions, I asked, “Are you interested in learning about the traditions?” . To know if he had something to remember about his travel, ” Have you picked up any souvenirs during your visit?”

Throughout the conversation, I used a mix of tenses to ask about different aspects of the tourist’s experience.
