Soccer is the most popular and widespread team sport in the world. 
Two teams participate in the game, the goal of each of which is to put the
 game ball into the goal of the other. Each team has eleven players, 
although there are versions with a lower number of participants. 
Soccer is considered the most popular sport in the world and there are many
 people who are interested in it.

The rules according to which professional games are managed in modern
 times are based on the principles outlined in the constitution of the
 game of soccer. In the game, a single ball is used - the "soccer",
 which each of the two competing teams tries to put into the opponent's goal.
 The team that scored the most goals at the end of the game is the winning
 team. If both teams have the same number of goals at the end of the game 
- a tie is declared, or, under certain conditions, play continues until a 
decision is made.

There are seventeen rules in the constitution of the game of football.
 The rules were written so that they can be applied to all levels of the 
soccer game, although there are special adjustments for groups such as 
children, adults or women. The rules were written in general terms, allowing
 flexibility in their application according to the nature of the game
 in question. In addition to the seventeen laws, several decisions of the
 IFAB and other governing bodies contributed to the regulation of football.
 The "laws of the game" are distributed by FIFA, but administered by the
 IFAB, not the FIFA organization itself.
