Hand position and how to hold the guitar

The first step is to pick up the guitar, you are going to PLAY the strings with your dominant hand, your non-dominant hand is going to PRESS the strings.
Rest the waist of the guitar on your leg that is where your dominant hand is (right-handed-right leg, left-handed-left leg), always maintaining a good position of the back so as not to tire ourselves when playing this instrument.
Your non-dominant hand should be pressing down on the strings that are on the neck of the guitar, your dominant hand should be resting on top of the guitar, with that hand you will PLUCK the strings.
