Hi, I’m Gili, I’m 27 years old, and I live in Ramat Gan.
I am an industrial engineering and management student at Shenkar.
My main hobby is running.
I run 3 or 4 times weekly in a TLV and Hod Hasharon running group.
Running with a group can offer a number of benefits, such as increased motivation and accountability. It can also help you to improve your running form and pace. Additionally, running in a group can be a fun way to meet new people and make friends who share your interests.
My next goal is to run a half Marathon which is 21 KM.
This will give me something to work towards and help to keep me motivated and my fitness. In order to prepare for a half marathon, it is important to have a structured training plan that includes gradually increasing my mileage.
According to all that I wrote. I really recommend running and doing it in a running group.(:
