On this occasion, the most diligent housekeeper in the village is celebrated, and the event takes place according to a whole scenario.
The first part of the action takes place at the church, after the end of the service.
To this day, the event takes place at the old church, a wooden church dating from 1721.

Here, boys and young girls gather in the church porch, where the priest gives the release of the custom. Then there is a “confrontation” between the young man and the deacon, who is “bribed” with a liter of brandy to open the church. The whole deacon is the one who knows the name of the first landlord who went out to plow, but he will only say it after receiving the “bribe”, a stick of brandy. After the name of the watering place is announced, the “functions” are divided.

The action then moves to the watering can at home, where a coin is hidden in a stump, and the boys have to find it. In a few minutes, the stump is broken with the ax and the money is found by the young people. A moment of inattention is enough on the part of the boys and the celebrant runs away so that they don’t have to pay. The boys run after him, catch him and bring him back, obviously both the escape and his capture are symbolic.

A game is heated in the householder’s yard, and the waterer shares a bottle of brandy with the men gathered at his house. The escape is repeated several times, and in the end, they put him in the cart (a small cart) and take him to the river, where he will be sprinkled with water. In turn, the celebrated landlord will sprinkle the young people.
