Reminiscing about the decades-old department stores and restaurants in Dehradun

Around 15 years ago, the concepts of a shopping center and a food court did not exist in Dehradun. Diners would go to some established restaurants like Kumar Restaurant and shoppers would go to some established city markets or generational department stores to fulfill their dining and shopping needs.
