We had the best week in Greece and learned a lot
and we want to tell you about Greece and what we did there.
Thursday 31st March
We were in a landfill
and we learned how garbage is transferred.
we were shown, how water, from darkish brown color turns so clear and after another procedure is drinkable (I dont have photos).
Friday 1st April
We had a lesson about nature forests and so on
the lesson took place remotely and we had to ask the forester a question.
The forester told us when and why we should become forester like him, we have to love animal nature there.
After the lesson it started to rain and we had to be inside.
then us invited to lunch.
In the afternoon we drove to Trikala and were with our families.
Saturday 2nd April
We were in the botanical garden and had a lesson on how to make essential oils.
I will show you how to do method 1:
(cold method)
1.Calendula
2.olive oil
need to put caledula in a bowl and add olive oil,
close the dish with a spatula and shake every 2.3 days 4,6 weeks. and keep it in the dark, wrap in foil.
it is intended for: pains, cosmetics, perfumes, breathing, coughs, headaches, massages.
the essential oil must be pure.
children and pregnant women should not use it without the permission of the doctor.
Sunday 3rd April
We were in a mushroom museum there were a lot of mushrooms.
We learned that if a mushroom tastes like a nut it could be that it is mortal.
There were mushrooms in the museum that cost 4,000 money.
Italy
Hi! My name’s Martina Rinaldi and last March I participated in the Erasmus Project in Trikala, Greece.
This was a very interesting experience for me: I had already visited Greece, but I didn’t know this part of the country.
Trikala is a very nice town where I found a beautiful corner: I often went there in the evening.
The school was little but very nice
and all the students were very open and friendly: in this picture they are showing us a typical Greek dance.
Of this journey I will always remember:
Meteora… with its wonderful landscape and its Monasteries
and Pertouli… with its particular bridge.
We stayed in Trikala only for five days, but I could meet a new friend and her family: her name is Lydia, she is 13 years old, she’s got a little sister. We spent our time drawing together,
and taking funny photos.
Lydia is a very good “hairstylist” and she made me beautiful braids.
I want to thank Lydia and her parents because they made me feel a member of their family and they will be in my heart forever.
