one of the most important events that happened in Oliver

Twist is ahen he got into a fight with Noah Claypole because that got the ball rolling and set of a chain of events.

another important event that happened was when Oliver stayed with Mr.Brownlow because without him the the mystery of his parentage may never have been solved. The last important event is when he got shot and stayed with the Maylies.

Main idea

One of the main themes of all Charles Dickens’ novels was how the poorest people in society were treatedthe worst. This is one of the key themes in Oliver Twist, where we can see the failure of the workhouse system that was unable to look after the poor and lonely orphans that were in their care.

my opinion

In my opinion, the novel is very entertaining and it makes you want to read more.I liked the fact that Fagin and Sikes tried to change Oliver, but he continued to be an innocent good boy.
