  • Next, please go to the “Accounts and import” menu
  • After this please click on the POP3 account that you should use
  • Then you should wait for Google to transfer all your emails to the new account
  • From the trash section please delete all the emails

Other than this you can also move your inbox locally, in order to do this, you should follow a proper stepwise procedure.

The procedure goes as follows

  • Please login to the Google mail account
  • Further, click on the “settings wheel”
  • There get into the forwarding section
  • Next, from the drop-down menu please choose the email copy that is to be deleted
