Dear Educators,

As our students mature, It Is vital that they form habits that are environmentally friendly. A good way to start is to introduce them to recycling. Showing them what materials can be recycled, how it happens, and what can be made, gives them insight as to how easy recycling can be and why it is so important. Specifically, this book will show them how to recycle paper, plastic, and metal. In addition, It will show them what alternatively happens to trash if It is not recycled.

Recycling is when you create a new product out of items and materials that would of otherwise been thrown in the garbage.

These items can also be processed into different kinds of energy.

 Taking the extra step and doing this has a positive impact on our environment! 

Paper, Plastic, and Metal are all able to be recycled.

Batteries, food, and lightbulbs cannot be.
