Georgia The Raindrop

Hello! I’m Georgia. I live in a place called cloud land with my parents and sister. One night, something bad happened. Our cloud started moving! It was scary. Next thing I know, I fell out of my cloud and dropped down to earth. I ended up in the Atlantic ocean. My parent’s and sister were nowhere to be seen. Gravity was what brought me down to the ocean.

It’s been a few days after what happened to me and I’m now getting used to being in the ocean. It’s a lot better than I thought it would be but I still miss my family and I want to see them someday whenever I get the chance.  All of a sudden I evaporated onto this big white ship called a cruise.Evaporation is when a liquid, like water,turns into gas. They were going at a decent speed and this huge thing jumped out of the water, according to these so-called humans it was called a whale. Later in the day we were coming to a stop and these other creatures started jumping out of the water and it was amazing. I thought it was the coolest thing I’ve ever seen.

Later that night, I was turned into water again! It’s something called Condensation. Condensation is when water vapor in the air turns into liquid water. I went to sleep and when I woke up, I was back in Cloudland. Except I wasn’t at my home. I was at somebody else’s cloud. All of a sudden, I turned into a snowflake! I was experiencing precipitation. Precipitation is when water is released from the clouds and turned into rain, snow, or hail.   I fell to the ground. The sun’s energy caused me to ride up and it made me a cloud. It was pretty cool! I could see everything for miles!
