                                   Which foods are salty?
                                   Which foods are sweet?

How do you feel when you eat cherries?

WARM-UP:  I’ll share a video clip and introduce a real-world problem to engage my students. ( 7 min)

After I gain the students’ attention, I provide a learning experience to help students make sense of a concept. I’ll give students a cooperative learning task that allows me a chance to facilitate the experience by asking questions and guiding learning( 3 min)
